ROUTING SLIP / TERMS

Terms.

These terms cover two things: buying products through a Plybox shop (our terms of sale), and using the website itself (our website terms). By placing an order or using a shop, you agree to them.

Terms of sale

Made to order, so no change-of-mind returns

Every item is produced after you order it and printed with your company's branding. Because the products are made to order and personalised, you do not have the usual 14-day right to change your mind and cancel. Your rights if an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described are not affected. See our returns and refunds policy.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling. The product price, the delivery cost and the total you will pay are all shown before you confirm and pay. Payment is taken securely by Stripe; we never see your full card details.

When your order becomes a contract

Adding items to your basket is not an order. A contract is formed only when your payment is taken and we confirm the order by email. If we cannot make or deliver an item, we will tell you and refund anything you have paid for it.

Making and delivering your order

Each item is made on demand and posted to the address you give at checkout. We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom. Orders are usually produced and posted within a few days and typically arrive within a week, though this is an estimate and not a guarantee.

If something is wrong with your order

If an item is faulty, damaged in transit or not what you ordered, you are entitled to a remedy under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please see the returns and refunds policy for how to put it right. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

Website terms of use

Your shop is private

A Plybox shop built for your company is private to that company. You sign in with your work email through a one-time link. Please keep your sign-in link to yourself and only use the shop for your own company's team. We do not give any other company access to your shop, your orders or your designs.

Designs and intellectual property

The artwork, designs and product mockups in a shop are created by Plybox for your company and remain the property of Plybox and, where relevant, your company. They are samples shown to you for purchase. Please do not copy, reproduce or resell them.

Using the site

Please use the site lawfully and do not try to disrupt it, access another company's shop, or interfere with how it works. We try to keep the site available but cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may update or withdraw parts of it.

Our responsibility to you

We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Eligibility and law

The service is intended for people aged 18 or over with the capacity to enter a contract. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.

Complaints

If something has gone wrong, email hello@plybox.co with your order reference and we will aim to respond within five working days and put it right. If we cannot resolve a complaint between us, we will let you know in writing and tell you whether we are willing to use a certified alternative dispute resolution provider.
